This coaching package approaches ADHD from a holistic perspective. Clients will build self-discipline, new routines and habits which re-train their brain and reduce distraction. Clients are expected to push out of their comfort zone physically and break down mental barriers. Support and accountability from within the household is welcome. In certain situations, incentive structures can be established to reinforce positive choices. Engaged clients will see confidence and agency grow within 2-4 months.

Wellness & Discipline

For clients ready to build healthy routines and reach their potential

The Wellness & Discipline package focuses on establishing a set of ‘best practices’ based on client’s long term health goals. Sleep hygiene, stress management, exercise and diet will all be covered as well as other client-specific issues (such as nicotine use). Clients should expect to spend a minimum of 3 hours/week outside of coaching time to build their new habits. Successful clients will see improvement within 1-2 months.
